Program Management for Audit Leaders
Course Objectives :
• Provide information to understand the internal audit function and its relationship to the organization's business purpose
• Provide tools to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the audit program
• Facilitate the Audit Manager's Actions
In the workshop you will :
• Learn how to connect the internal audit program to the business objectives of the company
• Apply some basic project management tools to monitor, measure, and make corrections to the program
• Determine how you will apply what you learned
ASQ Bodies of Knowledge Covered:
Participants will revamp their audit schedules in the workshop; Sample audit schedules
and checklists will be provided. This course qualifies for 0.4 ASQ/RAB re-certification units.
