Provide tools to audit and draw conclusions about the organization's communication process(es)

Learn how an organization's success is measured in the marketplace
Define what is in your organization's "DNA"
Participate in a simulated "audit" of a mythical company's policy & objectives

Course Objectives :
Provide information on how to draw conclusions about the QMS based on a sampling of observations
Provide practice with quality tools to collect quantitative and qualitative information
Facilitate the Auditor's Action
In the workshop you will :
Learn how to analyze and design audit strategies
Set up and use data collection tools for varying situations
Evaluate 5 closed corrective actions for their effectiveness
Identify changes to your audit process

Course Objectives :
Provide information to diagnose the maturity level of your organization's QMS

Learn how to determine the maturity of your organization's QMS
Learn how to provide constructive feedback to top management
Learn how to reconfigure the audit program to support the evolution of the QMS processes
