Muriel T. Sasaki - Director - ASQ Certified Quality Manager & Certified Quality Auditor
Organizational change specialist with 25+ years of experience in workplace modification projects involving process and capital improvements, training and development, and implementation of quality assurance systems. In 1996, Ms. Sasaki established AIMS, comprised of key quality assurance auditors and consultants on the West Coast and has provided quality assurance training and consulting to key manufacturing industries in Texas, Arizona, Nevada, and California. Prior to that, she was a Manufacturing Manager in Hughes Aircraft’s Space and Communications Division. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, University of California, Santa Barbara and a Masters in Business Administration from the Drucker Center, Claremont Graduate School. She has an ISO 9000 Lead Auditor Certificate and is an ASQ Certified Quality Auditor and Certified Quality Manager. She is the Primary Project Coordinator for the Alliance.

David P. Johnson - IRCA & RAB Registered Lead Assessor
Principal Consultant, Quality Solutions. Since 1991, Mr. Johnson has conducted hundreds of assessments for companies in many industries including aerospace, medical devices, computers, and printing. He has trained over 1,000 people in ISO implementation and auditing strategies. Mr. Johnson’s hands-on approach to training has been a critical element in the successful implementation of ISO 9000, and has made him one of the foremost facilitators for quality systems implementation in the country. Education: BS Physics - UCLA.

James L. Sauter - IRCA Registered Lead Assessor
Mr. Sauter brings over 30 years of experience in software project management, leadership and corporate technical education at IBM to his consulting practice with high technology clients. Mr. Sauter has been assisting companies to achieve ISO 9000 compliance since 1992. Some of his clients include Oracle Corporation, Seagate Media Recording, National Semiconductor, and Eaton. His lively personality makes him a popular instructor with students. In addition to consulting and training, Mr. Sauter is also a Registration assessor. Education: BS Physics, Washington College, Chestertown, MD.

Robert M. Tucker - RAB Registered Lead Assessor
Mr. Tucker has over 20 years of quality systems experience in a wide range of industries including medical devices. He was among the first individuals to introduce the ISO 9000 system to US companies and has assisted over 50 companies to achieve compliance. Mr. Tucker conducts registration audits for several Registrars. He was also a Senior Lead Assessor and Western Regional Manager for KPMG Quality Registrars. His supportive and interactive teaching style makes for a meaningful learning experience for people at all levels of understanding. Education: BA Communications, UC Santa Barbara; MFA, UCLA.

Teresa Omar - MBA; ASQ CQE, CQA, CQMgr; APICS CPIM
With over 20 years experience in medical device, aerospace government and commercial environments, Ms. Omar brings a wealth of hands-on experience in the application of quality engineering and six sigma methods to her clients. She is highly sought-after for her university extension classes in operations and quality management as well as her certification preparation workshops and six sigma courses and team facilitation.
